Thus he will represent the BoSox in the Game of the Century. Behind the bat Rick is a fine receiver while at bat he is very selective and a tough bird to strike out. The quiet North Carolinian who attended Guilford College is the elder brother of fire brand pitcher Wes Ferrell, which has fans hoping to see the brothers operate as a battery in the big game.
